I was born in Columbus, Montana and grew up in the surrounding areas of Billings and Big Timber – a true one-horse town. Eschewing horses and rodeos in favor of art galleries and cafes… I escaped to Seattle in 1995 to attend the Art Institute of Seattle, where I received an Associate of Applied Arts degree, and then begin my career as a graphic designer.
In 2014, I relocated to Brooklyn, NY to see what the big city and east coast would have in store for me. At the end of 2019, my east coast adventures had come to an end and I moved to San Francisco, CA to get back to nature, friends and the west coast pace of life.
I have filled many diverse roles since entering the professional design field in 1997. I’ve been an art/creative director, IA/UX/UI design lead, application/web/interactive designer, front-end developer, project manager, Flash designer/developer, production artist, package/collateral creator and a trade show signage designer. I never stop looking for opportunities and challenges to expand my creative and technology proficiency.
Consumed by my morbidly cute visions, you'll find me compulsively scribbling seemingly otherworldly renderings as the first step in obeying my muse. The manifestation of this process has never disappointed nor fails to surprise me, and I dares not guess what my muse has in store for me next.
